Shippen Manor Lawn Concert - The Lost Ramblers

Relax on a the lawn at Shippen Manor for a performance by The Lost Ramblers as they offer high-energy, foot-tapping beats, tight harmonies, and a repertoire that is as entertaining as it is eclectic.

The Lost Ramblers have performed regionally and nationally for over 30 years, playing authentic Appalachian acoustic music that runs the gamut from bluegrass and gospel, to swing, Irish and old-timey music. The Ramblers are also founders of the Pocono Bluegrass and Folk Society that presents regular stage shows and jam sessions at the Elks Lodge in East Stroudsburg. It's a fun and entertaining show for the whole family.

Bring lawn chairs or a blanket, pack a picnic if you like, and relax and enjoy a variety of  live musical performances - FREE- Sunday evenings all summer long on the lawn of Shippen Manor. Rain or Shine.

Shippen Manor is located just west of Route 31 in Oxford. This free concert is presented by the Warren County Cultural and Heritage Commission, supported by the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders, and is funded in part by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts. Concerts at Shippen Manor are open to all, with limited reserved accessible parking and lavatories available.

Shippen Manor

Shippen Manor is a c.1754 iron master’s residence built by Dr. William Shippen, Sr. The Shippens were socially prominent members of a wealthy Philadelphia family. The museum offers guided tours on the 1st and 2nd Sundays from May to December, except on holidays.
