Join us as our vintner Paul Ritter releases something totally new for him in wine making. Recognizing the popularity of his immediately sold out Frontenac Noir red wine, Paul decided to venture out and try his hand at making a Rose' from both Frontenac Noir and Frontenac Blanc. Early sneak tastings of this dry wine have been met with very favorable responses. The flavor profile of these two University of Minnesota developed hybrid grapes when blended provide an enticing nose of strawberries and the finish matches this with a lively acidity on the finish.

Chicken Cordon Bleu - Deli-sliced ham and Swiss rolled in a crepe with grilled chicken breast and creamy Grey Poupon sauce
Spinach Ricotta - Steamed spinach and a little ricotta, folded in a crepe pillow topped with
Raspberry Chicken - Grilled chicken breast, melted cheddar, spinach and diced tomatoes in a crepe topped with raspberry preserves and wet walnuts
Nutella - Hazelnut chocolate drizzled over fresh strawberries or bananas in a crepe with powdered sugar and whipped cream
All crepes will be made to order live in front of our group throughout the day. Live music will complete what is sure to be another incredible Brook Hollow Winery event.
