Come to enjoy artwork, meet the artists, and have some refreshments. The reception will be conducted from 2-4pm at the Warren County ARTS gallery inside the Oxford Municipal building. Norm LeDonne will provide the entertainment and there will be an award ceremony beginning at 3:15pm.
