This Warren County Arts group meeting will feature the Golden Artist Colors lecture/demo presented by Roy Kinzer. This is a two-hour presentation on acrylic paints, gels and mediums. It covers the different types of paints and pigments, viscosities, grounds and color mixing, with demonstrations of various gels and mediums.
Roy Kinzer has an M.F.A. (Vermont College) and a Certificate of Art (Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Art). He has exhibited extensively, including the Slater Museum in Connecticut and the Montclair Art Museum in New Jersey. His current paintings are aerial landscapes derived from altered maps and satellite images. He received the prestigious Pollock-Krasner award 2004 and is represented by Denise Bibro Fine Art, NYC.
