Weekend Warrior Yoga, led by certified instructor, Mary Walker-Golden of M-Power Yoga & Wellness will be held every third Sunday this Spring from 10:30-11:30am at Pure Skys Spa & Yoga Studio in Washington, NJ. People of all ages, abilities and beyond are welcome to participate in this one-hour class. Donations are welcome to benefit our veterans nonprofit organization, The Fred T. Grotenhuis Veterans Community Center Project.
