Anyone who is on a journey of losing weight is welcome to join ShopRite for a Weight Loss Support Group meeting to discuss tips and tricks and taste some healthy samples. The meeting will include sampling of various healthy beverages that will support your weight management goals, a discussion on artificial sweeteners, and sampling of the featured healthy meal of the week.
