6-Week Session from March 13 through April 24, 2017. (No class on April 17.)
4pm - Beginner: Students are introduced to the practice of yoga through a safe and effective Gentle Yoga Basics series. Each session is 60 minutes in length.
5:15pm - 5-Techniques of Yoga: The 5-Techniques of Yoga are its fundamental foundation and insure a safe and effective practice. This course is recommended for advanced beginners and intermediate students who have a basic knowledge of the Vinyasa flow yoga style.
Cost is $78 for 6 Weeks or $16 per Walk-in Class.
