Take a walking tour of the Asbury Mill and grounds. See the tailrace deck, canal and basement, including the auxiliary Sheppard diesel engine and the Leffel turbine. On the upper floors, attendees will see the milling area and how to equipment operated both as a grist mill, and later, as a graphite mill. Finally, attendees will get a first-hand presentation of the Musconetcong Watershed Association’s plans to create museum space featuring Paleo Indian artifacts collected locally and on loan from the Smithsonian Institute!
