The Women's Playwright Series is back in April.

April 5 - Abducted by Michele Aldin Kushner
As a successful businesswoman and mother of two grown children, Diane is preparing for 'departure' from her present life, her brother fights to get her psychiatric help and her boyfriend wants to reclaim the women with whom he fell in love and her son wants to go with her. Is this departure being forced upon her or does she wish to live life on her own terms?

April 12 - Jane, Queen's Foole by Barbara Blatner
During the 16th Century's reign of the Tudors and King Henry VIII, Jane, a "crazy," starving country girl counters Princess Mary Tudor, Henry VIII's rejected daughter, becoming the first female Foole of the court.

April 19 - Backwards Forwards Back by Jacqueline Goldfinger
When a soldier returns from war carrying the ghosts of the tour, she is faced with a sobering decision to address the alarming PTSD with Virtual Reality therapy, or risk losing access to her family forever.

April 26 - Blood of the Lamb by Arlene Hutton
Two women, one a traveler in need of medical attention, and one a lawyer, just doing her job. In this surreal, Kafka-esque world, these women find themselves at opposite sides of the table amidst legal precedents, bureaucratic chaos, and moral obligation to humanity.
