"By prevailing over all obstacles and distractions, one may unfailingly arrive at his chosen goal or destination." - Christopher Columbus (1451-1506), Italian explorer, navigator, and colonist

What are your chosen goals or destinations in the coming week, as we mark the anniversary of Columbus's 1492 landing in the Americas? To attend a car show or swap meet? Learning about history, or how to make a new craft? Hiking, biking, kayaking? Strolling through a food truck or harvest festival? Visit a farm for a corn maze or to pick apples or pumpkins? Tasting wine or craft beers? Enjoying live music? The choice is yours among these, and more activities awaiting you in beautiful Warren County in the coming days! Thanks to Charlie Fineran for this week's photo of a red squirrel, taken near Van Campens Glen in the Delware Water Gap National Recreation Area. Happy Wanderings!
