Enjoy May's full moon with a guided hike at Dark Moon Preserve. Led by Margie Schiller, we will step out into the night to enjoy the nocturnal wonders of the preserve. We invite you to bring your family - both furry and non-furry. Space is limited for this hike.

There is nothing like a fine four-course dinner served as the sun sets in a vineyard. This month is a Hungarian Feast jointly prepared by Paprikas (the only Hungarian restaurant in the Lehigh Valley) and Mattie's Strudel Haus which makes hand stretched strudels.
